Frame screenshots
Frame what’s on your clipboard
If you’ve copied a screenshot, you can paste it straight into Frames as a new project.
#On iPhone or iPad
Do either of the following:
- In Frames, tap the Add Project button, then tap Paste. Paste is available only when there’s an image on the clipboard.
- Add the Frame Clipboard control to Control Center or the Lock Screen, then tap it. Frames opens and creates a project from the image on your clipboard. See Use Control Center and the Lock Screen.
The first time, iOS may ask whether Frames can paste from other apps. Frames reads the clipboard only when you ask it to.
#On Mac
Do any of the following:
- Click the Add Project button in the toolbar, then choose Paste.
- Choose File > New Project from Clipboard, or press Shift-Command-N.
- Choose Edit > Paste, or press Command-V, while the library is in front.
- Control-click the Frames icon in the Dock, then choose Frame Clipboard.
The new project opens in the editor with your look applied, just like any other. If there’s no image on the clipboard, Frames tells you.
