Buy or restore Frames Pro

Frames Pro is a one-time purchase through the App Store. Buy it once and it works on every iPhone, iPad and Mac signed in to your Apple Account.

#Buy Frames Pro

1. Open Settings in Frames, then choose Frames Pro. On Mac, you can also choose Frames > Frames Pro.

   Frames Pro also appears when you try a Pro feature, such as exporting a video.

2. Tap or click the price, then confirm with the App Store.

Everything unlocks right away. Apple handles the payment, billing and refunds. Frames never sees your payment details.

#Restore a purchase

If you’ve bought Frames Pro but it isn’t unlocked, for example on a new device or after reinstalling Frames:

1. Open Settings in Frames, then go to Frames Pro. On Mac, you can also choose Frames > Restore Purchases.

2. Choose Restore Purchases.

Frames checks with the App Store and unlocks Frames Pro if your Apple Account has bought it. If nothing is found, see If Frames Pro isn’t showing.

#Early testers

If you used Frames before version 1.0, you should already have Frames Pro. Settings shows “Unlocked for early testers.” If it isn’t showing, try Restore Purchases, and get in touch if that doesn’t find it.
